提到非洲，许多人会联想到“贫穷、饥饿、战争”等情形，其实，非洲大陆幅员辽阔，国家众多，这里的资源异常丰富，市场前景广阔，商机无限，是一个充满希望的大陆。近些年来，随着非洲政治形势日渐稳定，经济建设稳步发展，投资环境不断改善，投资政策相对优惠，这里正在成为世界上新的投资热点，国际上许多持乐观态度的跨国集团将非洲称为“世界上最后的投资边疆”，也是能够让外国投资者获得丰厚经济回报的一个大市场。目前，非洲已经成为国际投资者和企业界追逐利润的新目标。
那么，“国际投资是国际间资金流动的一种重要形式，是投资者为获得一定的经济效益而将其资本投入国外的一种经济活动。随着经济的发展与人类生活环境之间的矛盾的日趋尖锐，作为人类面临的三大社会问题之一的环境问题开始触及到经济生活的各个方面，成为全球性的大问题。因而，环境保护也逐渐被提上各国和国际社会的议程。就投资领域而言，无论是国际、国内，环境（东道国的自然环境）保护问题都是各东道国在吸引外资过程中考虑的一个重要因素”。环境问题正日益成为国际投资领域中的重要问题。

When referring to Africa, many people think of poverty, hunger and war. The fact is that the African continent, which contains many countries, is rich in resources as well as market and business opportunities and is thriving with hope. In recent years, an increase in political stability, steady development of an economic foundation, continued improvement in the investment environment, and preferential investment policy reform, the international community is optimistic about many of the multinational groups known as the African “investment in the world’s last frontier”. This has also allowed foreign investors to obtain substantial economic returns in a relatively untapped market. The objectives of the international investors and corporations are to yield profitable returns from Africa.
International investments and international capital flow are an important forum for investors to obtain a certain degree of economic efficiency and capital investment in foreign economic activities. With the economic development and living environment of human contradictions between become increasingly acute, as the human social problems faced by one of the three major environmental problems began to touch on all aspects of economic life, become a global problem. Therefore, environmental protection has gradually been put on the national and the international community’s agenda. In respect to investments the field, whether international, national, environment (the natural environment of the host country) are the protection of the host country to attract foreign investment in the course of an important factor to consider.” Environmental issues of the international investment are increasingly becoming an important aspect of the field.
The governments in many African countries are beginning to realize the importance of environmental protection; realizing that a development strategy must be put in place to limit the pollution of some industries and companies. This will insure on the one hand, the living environment of local residents, and on the other hand, guarantee long-term sustainability of the national economies and stable development.

Enfin du temps retrouvé pour rédiger un nouveau billet. En effet, cette fois-ci mon absence sur le net, a été très longue. Je me suis longuement occupé à terminer la rédaction de mon mémoire qui, finalement, vient d'être déposé. Je publierai un autre billet vous racontant un peu les circonstances liées ce long travail de fin d'études.
Cet après-midi, je suis rentré de Wuhan où j'ai rencontré une fois de plus pleins de compatriotes congolais. Chaque fois que je vais à Wuhan, je suis toujours émerveillé par les propos qu'entretiennent mes amis congolais. Les congolais ont la réputation d'être "Les rois de l'habillement".
